B Sc Informatics
German | English
Skills:
TypeScript, React, Redux, CSS, Tailwind, Web Design

I am a 30 year old professional web developer who earned an Informatics degree in 2020 and has worked in the field since then, specializing in frontend infrastructure and component development.

Most of the time, I create frontend apps with React and TypeScript, design my own stuff and build cool projects out of joy and to learn new things.

Expertise

Web Applications

Creating web applications with a user-centric mindset, focusing on privacy, usability, maintainability, and above all, quality. I resent malicious design patterns.

NPM Modules

Experienced in developing npm modules used across teams, to implement consistent patterns, shared behavior, and to boost productivity of devs in their day-to-day work.

Keywords: Component Libraries, Microfrontend Widgets, Authentication

Frontend Infrastructure

Evolving frontend infrastructure to strengthen security against supply chain attacks, automate workflows to reduce friction, and maintain a modern, efficient tool stack.

Keywords: NPM Toolchain, Supply Chain Security, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Docker Images

Code Quality

Prioritizing code quality through best practices such as thorough code reviews, static code analysis, and automated testing to create reliable and sustainable codebases.

Keywords: Code Reviews, Linting, Unit Testing, End-to-End Testing

Projects

Boring Blocks (2026)

A boring react component library for classic shadcn style productivity UIs. I am a component developer afterall and find joy in creating these things.

Stack: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Floating UI, DnD Kit, Lingui

Clocktopus (2026)

A time tracking tool to track your working and break times. Mostly here to help me remember what I did the day before, to repeat it in a Daily.

Stack: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Lingui, Radix UI

yaasl (2024)

Yet Another Atomic Store Library (yaasl) is a state management system like many others. The goal was to reduce the boilerplate of atomic state and related middleware to a minimum, while not sacrificing on developer experience.

Stack: Standalone

Gaming Roulette (2024)

Tool to help you (and your friends) decide what game to play next. Initially intended to be desktop only (via Tauri), it is now usable as a web app as well.

Stack: React, TypeScript, Tauri, Tailwind, Radix UI

Yet another generic startpage (2022)

A browser startpage with a generic layout and many settings to modify its appearance and behavior.

Stack: React, TypeScript, EmotionJS, HeadlessUI
